Appointments & Bookings

All treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late

cancellations or missed appointments may result in the full treatment price being charged or a

session deducted from a package.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid affecting the next client.

Packages

Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable and

non-transferable. Sessions must be used within the validity period.

Memberships

Membership benefits apply only to the registered member and cannot be shared or transferred.

Health & Consultation

Clients may be required to complete a consultation form prior to treatment. Infinity Wellness

reserves the right to refuse treatment if contraindications are present.
